2025/2026 Lunch/Dinner Voucher 

Thank you for selecting the Food Court at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center.

With plenty of activities and programming for groups of all sizes, the Reagan Building is a popular destination among tour groups visiting our nation’s capital. Our food court features nearly 20 establishments offering a variety of dining selections. We offer a Meal Voucher Program for groups both large and small by providing accessible and discounted dining packages. 

MEAL VOUCHER PROGRAM
Place your order here to receive an email with a link to print your group's e-vouchers. Each printed e-voucher features a barcode, unique number, reservation details and applicable menu options.

VOUCHER COSTS*:

Breakfast:           $10.00 (actual value $10.50+)
Lunch/Dinner:    $14.00 (actual value $14.50+)

HOW TO ORDER:

1. CHOOSE A DATE: Select the date your group will be visiting the food court.

2. SELECT A TIME: Choose the time slot for when your group will dine in the food court.

3. CHOOSE NUMBER OF VOUCHERS: Select the number of vouchers you will be using for your time slot. **A bulk discount will be applied to every lot of 20 vouchers. This amount is the equivalent to the value of one voucher. For example if you order 40 Lunch/Dinner vouchers you will get two discounts of $14.00, totaling a $28.00 total discount to your order. Discounts are applied in the checkout process prior to payment.

4. CONTACT INFORMATION: Provide your basic contact information to receive your order via email.

5. PAYMENT: Vouchers can be purchased by credit card; a 2% processing fee will be added to all orders.

6. PRINT VOUCHERS: An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. The email will include a link to print your  vouchers. Please allow adequate time for the web page to load and be sure the QR code appears on each voucher. 

Please prepare to print one voucher ONE-SIDED, per 8.5" x 11" size sheet of paper.

DO NOT PRINT VOUCHERS 2-SIDED OR ON BOTH SIDES. Based on your printer settings you may need to make adjustments to ensure each voucher prints to one (1) page.  

HOW TO REDEEM VOUCHERS: 

1. ARRIVE: Groups should arrive on their scheduled day within the selected time slot. Printed vouchers must ONLY be scanned by food court vendors. DO NOT SCAN QR CODE ON YOUR VOUCHERS.

Food Court Hours: Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–7 p.m. (Breakfast served from 7 a.m.–10:00 a.m. by a limited number of vendors); Saturday: 11 a.m.–5 p.m.

2. VENDOR SELECTION: Select desired eatery and menu option. Place your order and provide vendor with valid, scannable voucher as payment.

Please note:
-Participating vendors and menu options will be listed on vouchers
-Please handle vouchers with care - excessive folding, crumpling or staining may render vouchers unscannable
-Ensure QR codes appear on printed vouchers 
-Vouchers may only be redeemed by the expiration date listed on the voucher (listed booking time is flexible)
-Select vendor/menu option carefully, vouchers may only be scanned once and ONLY by the vendor

TIPS & TROUBLESHOOTING

1. Unable to make scheduled time or cancellations:

• On or before your scheduled day of visit, during normal business hours, we can assist with modifying your booking to the appropriate time/date. Pre-printed vouchers would remain valid. Contact us at 202.312.1300 and request meal voucher assistance.

  • Normal Business Hours:  Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm

• If your scheduled visit occurs outside of normal business hours, please email foodcourt@rrbitc.com to document your request and then place an additional order for the appropriate day/time slot if available or needed. This option would require you to print the new vouchers. On the following business day, you will be contacted regarding your cancellation/refund request.

 2. Invalid Vouchers*:

• Vouchers may only be scanned once by the vendor ONLY and cannot be returned. Please select your vendor/menu option carefully

• Vouchers must be scannable by vendors ONLY and feature a QR code, please handle vouchers with care and avoid excessive folding, crumpling or staining

• We suggest that groups wait to distribute vouchers until they arrive onsite, menus are available online and can be printed in advance if needed

• *If your voucher is deemed invalid, please contact us directly at 202.312.1300 and ask for meal voucher assistance.
